Before you book

Important Reminders Access to Hidden Beach and Secret Beach may depend on tides and sea conditions. Follow your tour guide's instructions and respect local environmental guidelines. Keep personal belongings secure. Tour schedules and destinations may change due to weather, sea conditions, or local restrictions. Confirm your preferred tour date and number of guests. Share any special requests or accessibility needs in advance. Prepare the Matinloc Shrine entrance fee and ETDF. Booking confirmation and payment details will be provided upon reservation.

Children

Children below 2 years old can join the tour for free but must sit on a parent's lap during transportation. Children must be accompanied and supervised by a parent or guardian throughout the tour. Please indicate the number and ages of children when booking to ensure proper arrangements.

Accessibility

The tour involves boat transfers, beach walking, and getting in and out of boats. Some beach access points may require swimming or navigating rocky areas. Guests should be comfortable around water for swimming and snorkeling. Guests with mobility limitations or medical concerns should inform us before booking so suitable arrangements can be discussed.

Cancellation policy

Please notify us as early as possible (24 Hours in advance) if you need to cancel. Deposits may be non-refundable, depending on the booking terms. Weather-related or safety-related cancellations may result in rescheduling or alternative arrangements. No-shows and last-minute cancellations may be subject to charges. If the operator cancels the tour, guests may choose to reschedule or receive a refund for payments made.
