Privacy Policy

Bikini Bottom PH (“we”, “us”), run by Bikini Bottom (993 MRR Track, Barangka, Mandaluyong City), sells tours through this website. This policy explains what personal information we collect when you book, why, and your rights under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).

When you book a tour, we collect:

• your full name, mobile number and email address;
• your travel date, the tour and the number of guests;
• your hotel or pick-up place and any notes you add (optional);
• the picture of your payment receipt.

Just browsing tours does not ask for any personal information.

This website uses Meta Pixel, a tool from Meta Platforms (the company behind Facebook and Instagram), to measure and improve our ads. It uses cookies in your browser to record which pages you visit — for example, which tours you look at — and when you start or finish a booking.

When you book, our server also sends Meta the booking total and the tour, plus your email address and mobile number in scrambled form (hashed — Meta cannot read them as written), so Meta can tell whether the booking came from one of our ads. Meta’s own Privacy Policy applies to what Meta does with this information.

You can limit this in your Facebook / Instagram ad settings, or by blocking cookies in your browser.

• to record your booking and check your payment;
• to reserve your slot with the tour operator and arrange pick-up;
• to contact you about your booking — confirmation, changes, weather updates or refunds;
• to measure our Facebook and Instagram ads (see Meta Pixel above).

We do not sell your information. We do not send promotional messages — our promos are shown on this website only.

We share only the details the tour operator running your tour needs to serve you — for example your name, mobile number, travel date, number of guests and pick-up place. We pass these details to the tour operator ourselves.

Meta receives the information described under “Meta Pixel” above.

Your details and receipt picture are kept in our private booking system. Only our own team can see them, after logging in.

We keep booking records and receipt pictures for 1 year, then delete them.

Under the Data Privacy Act, you have the right to:

• be informed about how your information is used;
• see the information we hold about you, and get a copy;
• have wrong information corrected;
• object to its use, or ask us to delete it when we no longer need it;
• complain to the National Privacy Commission.
