Bikini Bottom PH (“we”, “us”) sells tours in the Philippines through this website. The tours are run by local tour operators we work with. Bikini Bottom PH is run by Bikini Bottom, office address: 993 MRR Track, Barangka, Mandaluyong City.

By booking a tour on this website, you agree to these Terms.

• Prices are in Philippine pesos (₱) and are per person.
• During a promo, the promo price is shown with the normal price crossed out.
• You pay the price shown when you book. Later price changes do not change your booking.
• Each tour’s page says what is included and not included, and its rules for children.

1. Choose a tour, your travel date and the number of guests who pay.
2. Pay the full total by GCash or bank transfer, to the account shown on the booking page.
3. Upload a picture of your payment receipt and send your booking. You get a booking reference.
4. We check your payment and reserve your slot with the tour operator. We confirm your slot within 24 hours.

Your payment is your reservation. A booking is confirmed only after we have checked your payment and the slot.

If the tour operator has no slot for your date, we will tell you and refund your payment. We send refunds within 3 days after we confirm that your booking qualifies for a refund.

Each tour has its own cancellation policy, shown on the tour’s page under “Cancellation policy”. That policy sets the deadline for cancelling or changing your booking, and it is never less than 2 days before your tour date.

To cancel or change, contact us before that deadline — call or text 0991 320 0244 or email info.bikiniph@gmail.com, with your booking reference. Deadlines are strict: we cannot accept cancellations or changes after them.

If your booking qualifies for a refund, we send it within 3 days after we confirm that.

Late arrivals and no-shows: if you arrive late and miss the tour, or do not show up, there is no refund.

Tour schedules can change because of weather or safety orders from the authorities. When a tour cannot run because of weather, the tour’s cancellation policy says what you can do (for example, rebook for free).

• Give correct details — name, mobile number, email and hotel or pick-up place — so we can reach you.
• Be at the meeting point on time and bring what the tour page asks for (for example, a valid ID).
• Follow the tour guide’s safety instructions.

Bikini Bottom PH arranges your booking. The tour itself — the boats, vehicles, guides and safety on the day — is run by an independent local tour operator, who is responsible for running it.

We are responsible for handling your booking and your payment correctly, and for the refunds described above.

We are not responsible for:

• changes, delays or cancellations caused by weather, natural events, or orders from the authorities (for example, the Coast Guard);
• flights, ferries, hotels or other travel you booked yourself;
• loss of or damage to your personal belongings during the tour;
• injury or illness caused by not following the guide’s safety instructions, or by a health condition you did not tell us about.

Please check each tour’s fitness and accessibility notes before booking, and tell us about any health condition that matters.

Where we are responsible, the most we will pay is the amount you paid for that booking. Nothing in these Terms takes away your rights under Philippine law, including the Consumer Act of the Philippines.

We may update these Terms. The version shown on this page when you book applies to your booking.

These Terms follow the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
