Before you book

Before You Book - Please confirm your preferred tour date and number of guests. - Pick-up is available from hotels within Cebu City or SM City Cebu Traveller's Lounge. - All joiners will be dropped off at SM City Cebu. - The tour involves early departure and a long drive to South Cebu. Please be prepared for an early start. - Whale shark watching is subject to local regulations, weather, and sea conditions. - Foreign guests are required to pay an additional ₱500 for whale shark watching. - Tumalog Falls is closed for scheduled maintenance every 2nd Wednesday of the month. - Meals, personal expenses, and action camera rental are excluded. - Please follow local guidelines and your tour guide's instructions at all attractions. - The itinerary may change due to traffic, weather, or local conditions. - Booking confirmation and payment details will be provided upon reservation.

Children

- Children below 2 years old join the tour for free. - Infants must sit on a parent's lap during transportation. - Children must be accompanied and supervised by a parent or guardian throughout the tour. - Please indicate the number and ages of children when booking to ensure proper arrangements.

Accessibility

- This tour involves long-distance travel, walking, and getting in and out of vehicles and boats. - Some attractions may have uneven terrain, stairs, or steep pathways. - Whale shark watching and snorkeling require guests to be comfortable around water and able to follow safety instructions. - The tour may not be suitable for guests with significant mobility limitations or certain medical conditions. - Guests with mobility concerns, medical conditions, or special assistance needs should inform us before booking so we can discuss suitable arrangements. - Children must be accompanied and supervised by an adult throughout the tour.

Cancellation policy

Please notify us as early as possible (24 Hours Notice) if you need to cancel. Deposits may be non-refundable, depending on the booking terms. Weather-related or safety-related cancellations may result in rescheduling or alternative arrangements. No-shows and last-minute cancellations may be subject to charges. If the operator cancels the tour, guests may choose to reschedule or receive a refund for payments made.
