Before you book

Important Reminders Kawasan Falls have scheduled maintenance closures every 3rd Wednesday of the month. Marine activities are subject to weather, sea conditions, and local regulations. Please follow the safety instructions of your guides during snorkeling and water activities. The itinerary and estimated return time may vary depending on traffic, weather, and local conditions. Before You Book Confirm your preferred tour date and number of guests. Pick-up is available from hotels within Cebu City or SM City Cebu Traveller's Lounge. All joiners will be dropped off at SM City Cebu. This tour involves an early start and long-distance travel to South Cebu. Optional activities must be arranged in advance and are subject to availability. Please inform us of any mobility concerns, medical conditions, or special assistance needs before booking.

Children

- Children below 2 years old can join the tour for free but must sit on a parent's lap during transportation. - Children must be accompanied and supervised by a parent or guardian throughout the tour. - Please indicate the number and ages of children when booking to ensure proper arrangements.

Accessibility

The tour involves long-distance travel, walking, and getting in and out of vehicles and boats. Snorkeling requires comfort in the water and the ability to follow safety instructions. Optional canyoneering involves strenuous physical activity, uneven terrain, and swimming. Guests with mobility limitations or medical concerns should inform us before booking so suitable arrangements can be discussed.

Cancellation policy

Please notify us as early as possible (24 Hours Notice) if you need to cancel. Deposits may be non-refundable, depending on the booking terms. Weather-related or safety-related cancellations may result in rescheduling or alternative arrangements. No-shows and last-minute cancellations may be subject to charges. If the operator cancels the tour, guests may choose to reschedule or receive a refund for payments made.
